Mesa Carriers, this is an opportunity to come and feed your seeds. To work with your khuyas and anchor them into the land. To journey into what it is that you're giving to the fire, and what it is you're living into.

Working Fires are relatively quick ceremonies, with the intent that those who come are familiar with either feeding their seeds or engaging in some kind of personal release work around the fire. We gather as an allyu (community) to release, renew and connect within together. Unlike our other (full moon) ceremonies, this is a mostly self-led process. This is not an event to just sit back and watch others if you do not have a full moon practice. Your personal work is between you and Spirit.

That said, All are welcome.

General Flow:

Opening of Sacred Space

Brief Intro / Flow of the Working Fire

Rattling/Calling/Singing as we engage in our work around the fire (1 person in each of the four directions)

During/After Feeding Your Seeds/Working with the Fire: you may engage more deeply in your personal work perhaps by going on a shamanic journey, assembling your reality, continuing to sing/call around the fire, anchoring your khuyas into the land, and/or journaling.

Closing of Sacred Space

Are you not a mesa carrier but have a personal ceremonial ritual/practice working with the full moon? We invite you to work with the fire in community. Perhaps you'd like to write down all you're releasing and burn the paper in the fire. Perhaps you'd like to bring a deck of oracle/tarot cards and do a reading for yourself. Perhaps you'd like to meditate with the fire and journal.

Please note that the working fire will be outdoors! Dress accordingly. In case of inclement weather, we will create a backup indoor plan, if possible.

What to Bring:

~Your Mesa, florida water, bell

~An offering to the fire

~(optional) a bundle (natural materials only please) that represents what you are letting go of and giving that to the fire. You're also welcome to forage on the land here

~(optional) journal & pen

~dress for the weather

Investment/Exchange:

Working Fires are offered for a base of $10, though you can contribute more if you wish and have that financial capacity to do so. If you are a paid member of Inner Nature, working fires are included in your membership.

A secondary option, if you don't desire to contribute monetarily, but would like to contribute in another way, firewood is always a welcomed offering. When RSVPing and if you'd like to contribute firewood instead, simply enter 0.00.
