Step away from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with yourself through this gentle yoga practice. We'll begin with grounding breathwork and mindful somatic movements to regulate the nervous system and bring awareness to the present moment.
From there, we'll move through foundational yoga poses that gently improve flexibility, balance, stability, and strength. The practice will gradually slow into relaxation and guided meditation, inviting the body to soften, release tension, and cultivate deep rest.
Leave feeling centered, renewed, and nourished in mind, body, and spirit.
This class is appropriate for most experience levels, beginner and beyond. Modifications will be offered throughout the practice.
